MEMBERSHIP

TERMS & conditions

To join our Wine Club you have to be a South African resident at least 18 years old or older to become a member.
Your personal details are kept securely and will never be shared with external parties.
We accept payments via PayStack. Payment information is managed by PayStack, a prominent African payment processor.
Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared.
You agree to Iona debiting your credit card up to two weeks before dispatch of your chosen wine allocation. You’ll receive an email confirmation prior to any debit taking place.
You can easily update your delivery address, payment details or wine selection through your online Member area.
Availability of wines is subject to change.
Delivery is free for all orders.
You can cancel your order up to two days before dispatch via the online Member area.
